Belén has worked over twenty years as the head of the consultancy group AGUAMARINA CONSULTORES, accompanying their clients in their process of growth in different organizations. It is her belief that better people make better organizations.
She has also spent fifteen years in Mexico, collaborating with companies such as Siemens, Continental, Volkswagen or Grupo Tequilero Cuervo, specializing in Executive Leadership Development.
In Spain, Belén has accompanied such companies as the BBVA Microfinance Foundation, Bonduelle Ibérica, and Prosegur, in the process of strengthening their leadership capacity since 2014.
Since 2018, she has mentored first-year students at the Francisco de Vitoria University.
