In 2019, PAUSE!

We live in a fast-changing world where the development of technologies has helped us grow our addiction to speed, action and non-stop connection. And this is not helping us develop our leadership capacities.

“It’s not a proxy of your seriousness that you fill every minute in your schedule,” Bill Gates said while talking about Warren Buffet’s lesson of being careful about managing your time and how much it has been useful to him. He believes sitting and thinking might be a much higher priority for a CEO than filling every minute in one’s schedule, being active and meeting people.

So what do you want to do with your precious time?

I would recommend you to PAUSE. Step back and develop your self-awareness for more options, choices, resources, opportunities, alternatives, and insightful outcomes. It will help you bring different thinking, as well as enable you to tap into your intuition for better clarity in this complex world and develop a more profound and inspirational leadership.

In 2019 take the habit of pausing and develop your awareness!
