I accompany people and leaders in the business world in their professional and personal challenges with the coaching method, I rely on techniques and tools based on consciousness and the body.
If life gave me the opportunity to have an exciting professional career leading companies from management and general management positions, the greatest gift was the personal path that led me to open myself to my emotions, to understand and get rid of my fears, to adjust my ego and to act from generosity.

My current life mission is to accompany people in the exploration of that inner journey that makes us more conscious people, connected to their aspirations, to their creativity and also to their heart. All this to be prepared for the needs of today’s world that is increasingly changing, unknown and unpredictable and for a company that contributes to society in a balanced way, between economy, social aspects and nature.

I am Spanish by adoption, French by birth, with more than half of my life in this country, which I love. I work in Spanish and French.
